Zierfuß ad Neos-Emmerling: “Kindergartens are pure state competence”

“Kindergartens are pure state competence in accordance with Article 14 paragraph 4 lit. b b-VG,” says education spokesman for the Vienna People’s Party municipal council Harald Zierfuß once and for all. It is particularly important to consider that 80 percent of the extraordinary students have been in kindergarten at least two years and still do not understand the teacher. In Vienna, no one should surprise that the demand for a general second mandatory kindergarten year is thus understood as a pure diversion maneuver.

“With the 7-point German support plan, we make a promise: With a strong Viennese people’s party in the city government, every child can be German until school in 5 years,” concludes Zierfuß.
