World AIDS Day has taken place on December 1st every year for more than 30 years. It affirms the rights of HIV-positive people worldwide and calls for coexistence without prejudice and exclusion. World AIDS Day also commemorates the people who died as a result of HIV and AIDS. In the run-up to the Welt-Aids-Tages On December 1st, a new and free HIV testing program started in Lower Austria on Wednesday.
