On September 5, the GAC European Spare Parts Distribution Center in Rotterdam, Netherlands, was officially inaugurated. As a central hub of the European Logistics hub from GAC, the center of the strategic guideline “In Europe, for Europe, integrate in Europe, serve Europe, contribute to Europe”. This is an important step in the improvement of the European customer service system of GAC and means a new phase in the deepening of the Chinese car brands on the overseas market that drives the localization efforts.

When the sign for the “GAC European Spare Parts Distribution Center” was officially unveiled, the first truck, fully loaded with car parts, slowly drove out of the warehouse and embodied the obligation to “efficient service” and raised the atmosphere of the event. At the end of the ceremony, the guests and the GAC team gathered into a group photo to capture this moment of cross-border cooperation.
The opening of the first parts sales center in Europe is not the end, but the beginning. The center will build a service network that covers the European mainland market. With transparent inventory management, fast delivery mechanisms and visual logistics dashboards, it helps the dealers to quickly access spare parts and reduce the pressure on the inventory. At the same time, it offers European customers an efficient and calming experience in customer service. In the future, GAC will further expand its network by setting up local warehouses in other countries in order to bring the service points closer to the market and thus meet consumers’ travel and vehicle needs in the various regions. At the same time, GAC will continue to optimize its European supply chain and its service system and use a high -quality service as a bridge to continuously increase the level of awareness of the brand and the trust of customers and to write a new chapter for the development of Chinese brands on the European automotive market. In addition, localized service upgrades will serve as a link to promote the deep integration and joint development of the Chinese and European automotive industry.
