Especially in the catering, hotel industry and many other service industries, drinking money is an important sign of recognition. The tax exemption of drinking money would be an important contribution to the appreciation of the employees and to attracting these professions.
“Good work and performance have to be worthwhile. Especially in times of the shortage of labor, we have to use any possibility to improve the framework conditions for our employees. Tax -free payment of drinking funds is an unbureaucratic and important step – simple, safe and fair. Clear framework conditions and solutions are needed that relieve companies and employees instead of burial. Less bureaucracy – more recognition for good work!”
