Health can be fun- this proves Vienna’s health promotion- WIG with its popular Lounge Lounge Summer Tour and also brings a lot of information and tips, entertainment as well as hands-on stations to the Laaerberg, Höpfler and congress pool as well as a beach pool goose bowls again this year. “Our goal is to give impulses for a healthy lifestyle – at eye level, with fun and without raised index finger. This year we are aimed at older people, especially on the occasion of our annual focus,”, says Dennis Beck, Managing Director of Vienna’s health promotion.
Life Lounge Summer Tour 2025 – Come by is worthwhile
From exercise exercises and equilibrium sounds, spell tests, blood pressure measurements, breathing exercises to anti-stress offers: the bathers can look forward to a varied, free hands-on program. The interactive stations offer everyone interested the opportunity to learn more about their health and well -being. There is also a lot to experience for young visitors when playing and fun on the quiz wheel or brushing your teeth on an oversized dentition. And the adults can also take one or the other tip home.
