Vienna (OTS) – The relaunch of WZ in July 2023 won in the “Launch or Relaunch (digital)” category at this year’s European Publishing Awards.
The international jury, consisting of nine media experts, honored the WZ relaunch with an award. The European Publishing Awards, sponsored by media publisher Johann Oberauer, have been honoring the best magazines, newspapers and digital media in Europe since 2019. They are awarded annually.
A product development team reorganized the WZ in the first half of 2023 in accordance with the legal mandate in an agile process. In addition to editors, employees from the areas of project management, layout and UX design were also involved.

The award ceremony will take place as part of the European Publishing Congress on June 19th and 20th in Vienna.
