With the purchase contract of September 17, 2025 and immediate execution, VTA Austria GmbH has taken over all stocks at Alucom AG through its subsidiary VTA Deutschland GmbH.
Alucom AG, based in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, employs more than 100 employees and is one of the largest producers of aluminum connections in Germany. The portfolio includes inorganic felling agents, special aluminum hydroxides, aluminum chlorides (such as PAC and Ach), aluminum sulfate and aluminum aluminates as well as mixtures with iron salts. The products are used in the water and paper industry, in the construction industry and in the chemical industry and are mainly sold in Germany.
With the takeover, the VTA group strengthens its position in central markets and secures access to decisive raw materials and production agents in the long term. It also shows that Marlen Kubinger, at the age of 20, is now the youngest chairman of Germany.
