VP-Sverak ad FPÖ: Vienna needs consistent solutions instead of agitation

Right-wing polarization does not solve problems

Vienna (OTS) “One thing is clear: agitation has not yet solved any problem. What we need are consistent solutions instead of right-wing extremist polarization,” said the state manager of the Vienna People’s Party Peter Sverak in view of today’s state party conference of the Vienna FPÖ.

Dominik Nepp’s constant loop in which he describes Karl Mahrer as “their best man” perfectly illustrates the helplessness of the FPÖ, which stands on the sidelines, is annoyed, but is not allowed to play.

“These repetitions are a desperate attempt to distract from their own political emptiness and ineptitude. While the FPÖ loses itself in destructive phrases and makes no contribution to progress, the ÖVP stands for serious politics, real solutions and the well-being of Austria,” Sverak continued.

In this context, it should be pointed out again that the Vienna People’s Party was able to achieve significantly more with its policy of looking at things than the Freedom Party in the last few decades. This is also currently evident in the joint discussions with the city government to implement the action plan against youth violence. “This is a constructive way to solve problems in the interests of the people of Vienna,” said the state manager.

It is obvious that the FPÖ is trapped in its organ grinder of rhetoric and understands neither the rules nor the spirit of constructive political work. “Their constant attacks are therefore nothing more than the helpless struggles of one party. Austria and Vienna need leadership and vision and not endless cycles of incompetence,” concluded Sverak.
