Vizimax, the global leader in point-on-wave transformer excitation, announces its acquisition by Power Grid Components
Vizimax Inc., a leading provider of innovative power system solutions, today announced that it has been acquired by Power Grid Components (“PGC”), a Blackstone portfolio company. Vizimax’s controlled switching device is the market-leading solution for managing and optimizing inrush currents to extend the life of critical assets, including power transformers and circuit breakers. Vizimax is headquartered in Longueuil, Quebec and led by President Jean-Guy Lacombe.
