The semester break invite children and families to a variety of exciting, creative and interactive offers throughout Lower Austria. Whether artistic workshops, castle adventures or theater experiences – there is a suitable activity for every age group.

From 1st to 9th February 2025, the children’s art laboratory in St. Pölten opens its doors for artistic workshops and tours for the current exhibition Dream.lab. Families can become creative together and discover new things.

Also from February 1 to 9, 2025, the Museum Lower Austria is open and offers free admission for children and adolescents up to 18 years, daily family tours at 2:00 p.m., creative stations with handicrafts from snowman winds to animal savings boxes and the museum academy for Kids (from 4 to 7 February) with workshops on natural and history issues.
