Vienna (OTS) – Manager Siegfried “Sigi” Wolf holds his friend René Benko the loyalty. As part of the Jägerball, Wolf explains in an interview with Society-Reporter Dominic Heinzlthat the Signa founder is not to blame for the largest bankruptcy in Austrian history. “My friend sleeps well because my friend hasn’t done anything wrong,” Wolf said. The entrepreneur sees the media as more to blame, as Benko made and invested a lot for the construction industry in Austria. The bankruptcy was “through no fault of our own”; according to Benko’s confidant, “the press” was to blame. With the exception of Benko, Wolf calls for the “responsibility of the responsible media, journalists and, above all, politicians”.
