Up to 776,000 saw the first “Dancing Stars” live show in ORF 1

The first dance is done! On Friday, March 14, 2025, the new “Dancing Stars” opened live in ORF 1 at 8:15 p.m. and on ORF on the 16th season of the ORF dance event – and up to 776,000 did not want to miss the show. On average, there were 683,000 spectators: inside with a market share of 27 percent (preliminary weighting). The live show was also successful among the young audience with a market share of 25 percent among 12-29 year olds and 21 percent among 12-49 year olds.

On Friday, March 21st, Paulus Bohl & Catharina Malek, Julia Cencig & Patrick Seebauer, Eva Glawischnig & Dimitar Stefanin, Aaron Karl & Katya Mizera, Stefan Koubek & Manuela Stöckl, Simone Lugner & Danilo Campisi, Heilwig Pfanzelter & Florian Gschaider, Wolfgang Fifi Pissecker & Conny, Anna Strigl & Herby Stanonik, Andi Wojta & Kati Kallus her second solo dance. In the first show, no couple had to leave the “Dancing Stars” – the jury rating and the public voting are taken over and flow into the decision as to who has to go first.
