At Stuhleck, the largest and most modern day ski area in eastern Austria, you can enjoy skiing fun without restrictions on December 28th and 29th, despite the World Cup hype in the neighboring Semmering ski area. The expected increased traffic volume over the Semmering Pass will not affect the journey to Stuhleck, which leads through the motorway tunnel (Spital am Semmering exit). The lifts are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., including on public holidays. The Stuhleck ski area is guaranteed to have snow and is close enough for every day off.
