Uniqa Annual General Meeting decides dividend of ꞓ 0.60 per share

At the ordinary general meeting of the Uniqa Insurance Group AG on June 2, 2025, management presented the key figures for the 2024 financial year, despite economic challenges and significant flood damage.

At the same time, the board explained the new strategy program “Uniqa 3.0 – Growing Impact (2025–2028)”, which, with its focus on the needs of over 17 million, tends to create the basis for stable yields, profitable growth and progressive dividends with a distribution rate of 50 to 60 percent.

Due to the excellent business development in the first quarter of 2025, the board confirmed the positive outlook for the current financial year.

The Annual General Meeting approved a dividend of Ꞓ 0.60 Your actionwhich corresponds to an increase of 5 % compared to the previous year. The dividend payment day is the June 16, 2025.
