Uncreditted narcissus queens at the Narcissus Festival

Altaussee (OTS) –

The Narcissus Festival in Altaussee is heading to its festive highlight: the traditional flower body takes place on Sunday – a colorful spectacle, in which artificially designed figures are presented on boats from 12 noon.

Mint Austria AG is taking part in nature and tradition this year with a special homage: to match the popular collector’s coins „Narzisse“ and “Aufdirndl – dirndklid” the company presents a specially designed Narzissendirndlthat is carried as part of the festival. The floral costume combines Alpine customs with seasonal blooms and symbolizes the motto: “Spring meets spring language”.

The radiant ambassador of this project is Anna GrosseThe one of Traditional Tostmann was equipped with a stylish dirndl. Together with the artistically inserted narcissus sirndl, it forms a real highlight of the flower corso.

Despite the pouring rain on Thursday, committed members of the “coin club” gently collected the flowers for the design. Under expert guidance of the wild florist Lisa Hartleitner (Wildflorie Scharnstein) was finally made the “dirndl narcissus blossom” – a figure that combines craftsmanship, closeness to nature and cultural heritage.

With this special participation, Münze Austria AG underlines its close connection to Austrian customs and timeless beauty – shaped in coin and flower.
