Vienna (OTS) – From the Habsburgs to noble knight families to the last emperor of France – they all settled around Lake Constance and many of their descendants still live in palaces, palaces and fortresses around the so-called “Swabian Sea”. The ORF Vorarlberg TV documentary offers a journey through historic aristocratic houses in the four states of the Lake Constance region: Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. In her film, designer Ines Hergovits-Gasser shows noble families who provide insights into their lives, images of fairytale castles and castles as well as turbulent stories of great noble families from a historical perspective.
“Noble houses in the Lake Constance area” can be seen on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024, at 5:05 p.m. in the “Documentation on Holiday” series on ORF 2.
