The Mühlviertler Hotel Aviva **** S Make Friends in St. Stefan-Afiesl can look forward to two special awards: For the third time in a row, the innovative hotel was honored by the industry magazine Rolling PIN as a top employer. Just a few days earlier, Sophie People, trainees at the Hotel Aviva, convinced at the Juniorskills Austria 2025 in the cosmetics category and took the excellent 2nd place in the federal final.

Training with perspective: 2nd place for Sophie Leibeteder
A visible result of this philosophy is the success of Sophie Leibetseder, who was able to prevail at the federal level after the national victory in Upper Austria. At the Juniorskills Austria 2025, which took place in Tyrol on May 23, she reached the 2nd place in the cosmetics category.
In addition to professional competence, precision, creativity and professional appearance were also evaluated – all the properties with which Sophie convinced. Their success is also the merit of their trainers Daniela Oberauer and Karin Lehner, who prepare the way with specialist knowledge and passion.
“Such achievements show that our apprenticeship training bears fruit,” emphasizes Christian Grünbart. “We are proud of Sophie and see the best example of the potential in the young generation of our industry.”
