“Today” chose the best young influencers in the country

Searched for two months “Today” with the agency “The Guardians of Social Media”, the country’s biggest TikTok and Instagram talents, introduced the participants in “Heute”, on meine.at and social media. Hundreds of young stars from all over Austria competed for the main prizes of the first-ever “Social Influencer Awards”. On October 8th, the winners were awarded on the roof terrace of the “Heute” publishing house in the city of Vienna.

The winners of the “Social Influencer Awards” 2024 are:

·             1. Platz: Nikola Marijokovic – „fahrlehrerniko“

· 2nd place: Elias König and Stefan Riha – “schmalzlocken”

·             3. Platz: Carina Kandler – „carry.on.me“

Isabella Grögler from Upper Austria secured the special “Audience Favorite” award by winning the online voting on Today.at. She runs the account “kinderausflug_at” on Instagram.

The top 3 were chosen by a top-class jury consisting of: “Today”-Social media manager Aitor Lopez de Alda and well-known influencers such as Satansbratan, Austrias Ginger, Sonnenschein-Catering95, Wien Oida!, Alex Ehrenhofer and Philipp Kamper. Together, these top influencers reach over four million followers on TikTok and Instagram. They evaluated the finalists based on the criteria of creativity, reach and commitment.

The top three winners can now look forward to a 15-hour intensive workshop with one of the top stars Sonnenschein-Catering95, Satansbratan and AustriasGinger.

“We wanted on ‘Today’ “The faces of tomorrow find and give young, aspiring content creators a great opportunity,” says award initiator Goran Drinic.
