The AK raises the alarm: Every second existing rental agreement in the private rental sector in Austria is only limited. It is even 74 percent for new contracts. Tenants: Live for time inside, in uncertainty, are blackmailed and pay far too much. The statutory rental offset of 25 percent in the regulated old construction segment is usually an empty promise. The AK has recalculated what tenants: too much in the inside.
