Three months earlier than planned: Funded IFA housing project “Harter Straße 96” in Graz completed

In just 15 months, three months earlier than planned, IFA completed the subsidized housing project “Harter Straße 96” in Graz Straßgang in January. This builder model Plus continues its success story, as the 11 million euro project was fully placed in a record time of just four weeks in 2022. With their investment, investors have contributed to creating urgently needed, affordable housing. IFA has realized a total of 30 high-quality rental apartments between 42 and 91 m2; All have generous open spaces such as balconies, terraces or private gardens. The high first-time rental rate of over 80% upon handover confirms the quality of living and attractiveness of “Harter Straße 96”.

The extensive green roof in combination with plant troughs on all balconies and in the arcades on each floor have been implemented, as has an approx. 780 m2 general garden with numerous trees and raised beds, which further increases the quality of living.
