This is what spring tastes like: Enjoy a diverse, seasonal and sustainable experience with GOURMET Business À la Carte

The menu for spring and summer 2024 impresses with its new, modern design and delicious food creations.

Vienna (OTS) The annual satisfaction survey by GOURMET Business À la Carte shows: Guests are particularly satisfied with the good taste, the large selection of dishes and the high quality of the food. With 4,500 participants, interest in the last annual survey was particularly high. The results also make Claudia Horacek, business unit manager of GOURMET Business Catering Menu Service, very proud: “90% of the guests say that they are very satisfied or satisfied with the selection and variety of our dishes. Our guests also appreciate our high commitment to the environment and climate and, above all, our large selection of climate-friendly vegetarian and vegan dishes. This positive feedback motivates us to continue to deliver top performances.” 94% of guests also rate the simple ordering system À la Click very positively.

From Marchfeld to Greece

From March 4th, the menu will impress not only with a new, attractive design, but also with a variety of themed weeks in the tried and tested way. The culinary journey to Greece starts in spring. Dishes like the bean feta burger or the Greek pasta bake Pastizio ensure a holiday feeling at lunch. In May we go back to Austria, because then the asparagus season begins with fresh Austrian asparagus from Marchfeld. In July, sweet and savory apricot specialties come to the lunch table and in August, GOURMET Business brings delicacies from the forest directly to the plate with the Schwammerlzeit.

Innovative new dishes and vegetarian variety

The new variety of dishes makes it easy for GOURMET Business À la Carte guests to eat a seasonal, varied, healthy and climate-friendly diet at work. Creations such as a spicy veggie burger with corn rice, vegetable crispy chicken made from pea protein with fries or Asian vegetables in lime-coconut sauce with turmeric rice show how diverse vegetarian and vegan enjoyment is. With other new dishes such as the Pasta al Limone, the Sesame Chicken Bowl with basmati rice or the Chicken Piccata Milanese with Spaghetti Pomodoro, everyone is sure to find something that suits their personal taste.

Austrian foods at lunch

At GOURMET Business we cook with local, regional and seasonal ingredients. Not only fresh vegetables and fruit, but also fresh milk, free-range eggs and meat come 100% from Austria. Thanks to these high-quality ingredients from reliable suppliers, the company can guarantee the highest quality and best taste.
