Ten acts will sing and dance live on ORF 1 on May 10th for the last three places in the grand finale
Vienna (OTS) – Ten more talents want to take advantage of “the big chance” of a final ticket on Friday, May 10, 2024 at 8:15 p.m. when Fanny Stapf and Andi Knoll welcome you to the third and final “DGC” semifinal live on ORF 1. The audience and the jury – Gregor Meyle, Ilse DeLange and Thorsteinn Einarsson – will award three more tickets for the grand finale on May 17th, in which the best nine acts will compete for victory and therefore 50,000 euros.
Thorsteinn Einarsson will be joined by Gregor Meyle and Ilse DeLange on the jury this week:
Gregor Meyle: “I’m happy to be part of the show and judge the talents with my perspective. But I’m also glad that it’s not just up to me whether someone gets ahead or not. I experienced this myself many years ago and can only say that it was super exciting. In any case, I’m looking forward to Austria’s talents!”
Ilse DeLange: “I am always looking for authenticity, because that is what makes a person unique and recognizable. I know what it feels like to be judged. I participated in many talent shows during my teenage years. I have immense respect for anyone who dares to be vulnerable and show themselves. For this reason I will always be respectful. If I think I can help and give advice, I will.”

“The Big Chance – Let’s Sing and Dance” on ORF 1 is broadcast in a fully barrier-free manner: ORF TELETEXT offers subtitles for deaf and hearing-impaired viewers on page 777 and, in addition, all live shows are available in an audio version for blind and visually impaired audiences To be available.
