Another important milestone of GDP Immobilien Development GmbH in Schimmelgasse 5 in the 3rd Vienna municipality was celebrated with the traditional same celebration. After intensive months of building, the residential project reaches its design in July 2025.
In a central location, a total of 46 modern apartments are created that combine the highest living comfort with sustainable architecture. The two components offer well -thought -out floor plans with living space from 47 to 165 m² – tailored to the diverse requirements of urban ways of life. Each unit has its own open space and promises an extraordinary feeling of living in the middle of the city.
A central concern of the project is ecological responsibility: the green facade greening contributes to a better microclimate, while a photovoltaic system and the use of an air heat pump in combination with intelligent building technology provide energy -efficient living.
