The same celebration for the residential project in Grillgasse 12 – construction progress for sustainable living space in Simmering

On July 10, 2025, GDP Immobilien Development GmbH celebrated the roof equations of the residential project at Grillgasse 12 in Vienna Simmering. The shell of the modern new building with a total of 49 rental apartments and a business premises has been completed. Together with project participants, representatives: Inside the city of Vienna and partner companies, this important construction progress was ceremoniously committed.

The project, which was already sold to an investor as part of a forward deal, represents another milestone for GDP real estate.

Clear focus on sustainability and quality of living

The house was planned for contemporary demands on sustainable living and comfort. All apartments are equipped with high -quality, durable materials. A central heat pump ensures the heating of the building, while a photovoltaic system on the roof delivers environmentally friendly electricity for the house. In the area of mobility, too, one focuses on future viability: the garage offers e-charging infrastructure for cars and bicycles.
