A curling competition is taking place in Rosenheim. Everyone with rank and name is represented there and plays for a good cause. When the tournament’s generous sponsor, Thomas Hellwig, was found murdered in the curling hall on the morning after the opening day, the pressure on the investigators was great.
Hellwig was the owner of a very successful stud farm. His second wife and his son inherit him – always a strong motive. An event manager also comes into the focus of the cops – he had an altercation with the victim during the tournament.
For police officer Michael Mohr, the sky has been full of violins since he met the likeable Katrin (Sonja Kerskes) during a training course. To help his luck, Ms. Stockl (Marisa Burger) secretly gets him Katrin’s phone number.
