What’s special is the texture: delicately melting Lindt milk chocolate encases an incomparable filling with a particularly high proportion of the finest pistachio pulp (24%), crunchy Kadayif and velvety tahini. Kadayif are fine strands of dough, also known as angel hair, which have a long history in Levantine or Arabic desserts. They ensure the crunchy consistency of the popular type of chocolate. Tahini is a paste made from finely ground, roasted sesame seeds. It comes from Arabic cuisine and is used for both sweet and savory dishes to give them a particularly creamy texture, including the core of Lindt Dubai Chocolate.
