“I grew up in an entrepreneurial family, so I thought entrepreneurially from a very early age,” says Berger on the subject of sport and business: “As a result, I found joy in negotiating various contracts for myself as a racing driver at an early age “Now it’s the other way around, I can incorporate the lessons from motorsport into my work. Both feed off each other well.”
As team boss, Berger had to deal with a certain Sebastian Vettel early on.
