Even if you do not do any wage labor, you have extreme leisure stress, have to sports, go for a walk, sunbathing, sex. There is not much time left.

With the best will, it is no longer possible to do everything. How to deal with it? How to win time? Many are forced to avoid one or the other task or to delegate the upcoming duties to others.
