The future is affordable

On October 21, 2025, the IG life cycle Bau industry representatives invites you: Interior, client: Inside and Expert: Inside the 15th Congress at the FH Campus Vienna. Under the motto “The future is affordable”, best practice examples, panel rounds and experts: Inner contributions are shown why sustainable spatial and building development is the only realistic, economically sustainable and socially accepted option. The focus is on top issues such as circular economy, net new sealing, sustainable finance, partnership building (from ECI to IPA) and digitization as the key to efficiency. With around 200 participants, the event is an important platform for innovative exchange.

The congress starts with a cabaret impulse (“life cycle cabaret”) and, in addition to inspiring lectures, panel discussions and best practice insights, offers plenty of space for cross-sector networking.

Sustainable spatial and building development is no longer a luxury, but essential- ecologically, economically and socially equally. Under the motto “The future is affordable”, around 200 participants from construction, real estate, financial and political industry are discussed, how sustainability can be implemented as more sustainable and economically realistic path.
