The day of the Samaritan Association 2025 again became a colorful shop window for lived solidarity, exciting blue light feeling and a lot of good mood. ORF presenter Alex Jokel led again charmingly through the afternoon.
Blue light, dogs, puzzle fun – the full program
The day was all about diversity. The rescue and therapy dogs impressively showed their skills, while next door curious visitors rose courageously into the new blue light simulator. If you wanted to know how first aid really works, Samarita got practical tips on the inside. And whoever loves technology was the right place in the presentation of the latest rescue vehicles-from classic ambulance to the sleek Emergency bike. A puzzle rally with tricky stations also made the day for explorers: inside an experience.
A feast for children
The youngest guests were of course not neglected: Clown Poppo, Kasperl, face painting, a bouncy castle and an oversized giant jingle were again there, in which small and larger legs sweat alike. As always, the popular children’s songwriter Bernhard Fibich provided musical entertainment, while the mascots Sam and Rita scurried through the crowd and were present for many selfies.
If you want to celebrate, you have to enjoy. The legendary field cuisine of the Samaritan Association served hearty delicacies such as Cevapcici and vegetarian. The sweet coronation: organic pot dumplings with fruity sauces from cooperation partner gourmet at home.
