Five acts secure their place in the “DGC” semifinal shows! At the fourth edition of “The Big Chance – Let’s Sing and Dance” on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 8:15 p.m. on ORF 1, 24 talents competed to impress with their skills in the ORF hit show. The jury – this time consisting of Katharina Straßer, Leona König and Bernhard Speer – again sent a total of five acts to the next round: The “Heart Buzzer” went straight into the live shows for the dancer Chris Cross (Bernhard Speer). Carinthia, the dance duo Benjamin Schmöckel & Yeva Kuzmenko (Leona König) from Vienna and the cheerdance group Milleniumdancers (Katharina Straßer) from Vienna. The jury awarded the two remaining semi-final places to singer Kerstin Schmidt from Lower Austria and the dance group Primo Dance Crew from Vienna, who each received nine stars for their performance and advanced to the semi-finals at the end of the show.
“The Big Chance” wants to use many talents again on Friday, April 12, 2024, at 8:15 p.m., when Fanny Stapf and Andy Knoll welcome 25 acts to the large “DGC” stage. A three-person jury will again award five tickets for the next round – the live semi-final shows will be available on ORF 1 from April 26, 2024.
