25 talents sing and dance for five more semifinal tickets
Vienna (OTS) – Austria shows once again what it can do! In the fifth edition of “The Big Chance – Let’s Sing and Dance” on Friday, April 12, 2024, at 8:15 p.m. on ORF 1, Fanny Stapf and Andi Knoll welcome 25 new acts. The talents show what they can do vocally and dance-wise on the big DGC stage and want to impress this week’s jury – Josh., Maria Angelini-Santner and Cesár Sampson. Who will receive a direct ticket to the live semi-final shows with the “Heart Buzzer”? And who can get at least seven stars and go one further round at the end of the show?
Cesár Sampson was already a juror in the second broadcast. This time he evaluates the talents together with Maria Angelini-Santner and Josh., who reveal what the audience can expect:
Maria Angelini-Santner: “People in front of their screens can look forward to a lot of talent from Austria! There is an endless amount of creativity and artistic passion in our wonderful country, which inspires me. I will play my role according to the motto ‘tough but warm’, and I want to support the talents of tomorrow and give them positive energy on their path.”
Josh.: “The audience can look forward to great, often surprising performances. I was really impressed by the amount of talent that lies undiscovered in Austria. All participants accepted that they would fail on stage and in front of the whole of Austria. This requires courage, including allowing yourself to be evaluated for it. It is important to me to give honest and constructive criticism while remaining appreciative. In any case, I enjoyed it and I’m excited to see who will take advantage of the big opportunity at the end of May.”
