“The Big Chance – Let’s Sing and Dance” goes into the third round: Katharina Straßer, Thorsteinn Einarsson and Tina Naderer as jury

24 talents sing and dance on ORF 1 on March 22nd for five more semifinal tickets

Vienna (OTS) The motto in the third edition of the ORF successful show is also: Austria shows what it can do! Fanny Stapf and Andi Knoll welcome new talents to the big DGC stage in “The Big Chance – Let’s Sing and Dance” on Friday, March 22, 2024 at 8:15 p.m. on ORF 1. 24 acts present their vocal and/or dancing talent on the country’s largest TV stage – in various genres, solo, as a duo or in a group. Actress, cabaret artist and singer Katharina Straßer, singer/songwriter Thorsteinn Einarsson and musician Tina Naderer form the three-person jury this Friday, which will comment on all performances and rate them with up to three stars each. Who gets seven or more stars? Who can get one of five semifinal places? And who impresses so much that they are sent straight into the semi-final rounds with the “heart buzzer”?

Thorsteinn Einarsson was already a judge in the opening show. Katharina Straßer and Tina Naderer are part of the “big chance” jury for the first time and reveal what was important to them:

Straßer: “I really enjoyed being a juror, but at the same time it is a very responsible job in which you have to be very sensitive to talent and where you have to differentiate between your own taste and ability.”

Naderer: “I always find it surprising how many young talents there are here in Austria and how brave they are to stand on a stage in front of a local audience, a jury and a television audience – I have the highest respect, I know how exciting that is. Because I have had casting experience myself, it was simply important to me to give the candidates honest and, above all, constructive feedback.”
