Almost 81,000 Lower Austrian employees sought advice from the AK Lower Austria between January 1st and June 30th about problems at work. In thousands of cases, the experts from AK Niederösterreich had to demand claims from those affected against the employer or even take them to court. In addition to unpaid overtime, major issues in recent months have been problems with heavy workers’ pensions or retirement due to serious illness.
