Rohrbach/Burgenland (OTS) – Birgit Kronberger, managing director of the Rohrbach-based company “Template portal for labor law and payroll accounting” won this year’s “Burgenländerin Awards” in the “Economy & Innovation” category. As part of this award, women who set an example and set an example for the future are brought to the fore.
For the second time, the monthly magazine “Die Burgenländerin” presented the awards at the Eisenstadt Cultural Center. 32 women from eight categories were nominated. During her stage appearance, Kronberger states in her joyful winning statement: “With my company I have created exactly the product that I would have often wished for in my own everyday working life. A huge database with text templates, technical information, auxiliary calculators and webinars. In short: Everything you need from when employees join to when they leave. HR & Payroll is an area that is unfortunately still very underestimated – with many people, especially women, doing great things every day!”.

Birgit Kronberger is managing director of the Burgenland company “Template portal for labor law and payroll accounting”. In keeping with her human resources management studies, she has gained many years of experience in human resources, including in the USA. Kronberger is also a book and magazine author and a member of the examination committee for labor law at WIFI Vienna.
Via the template portal
The template portal for labor law and payroll accounting (www.vorlagenportal.at) is a constantly growing database and currently contains over 2,400 templates and text samples for all areas of payroll accounting and labor law. In short: everything HR professionals need from when employees join to when they leave. The database is constantly being expanded and always adapted to the current legal situation and case law. For each template there are brief explanations that are easy to understand, even for non-lawyers. In addition, the template portal offers newsletters and webinars included in the subscription price on the most important changes in labor law and payroll accounting in order to quickly and easily stay up-to-date. The declared goal of the template portal is to make difficult specialist content easily accessible and thereby save every customer significantly more money and time than the subscription costs.
