The transaction was completed as part of a Series E financing round over $ 200 million, led by international investors such as Atomico, EQT Growth and Sequoia Capital. Travelperk is rated $ 2.7 billion and is therefore one of the most dynamic SaaS platforms in Europe.
Austria’s market structure: High degree of regulation meets digitization needs
In Austria there is a special need for legally compliant, automated solutions for travel and expenditure processes. Over 800 collective contracts, complex tax guidelines and high administrative effort, many companies, especially SMEs, present challenges.
