Non-profit organization scores with open culture
Vienna (OTS) – The educational organization Teach For Austria (TFA) has been committed to educational fairness in Austria for twelve years and is once again among the TOP 1% of employers in Austria with the LEADING EMPLOYER award. „I am particularly pleased that we, a non-profit organization, were recognized as a top 1% employer
“, emphasizes Severin Broucek, Managing Director of TFA. „The fellows and our staff appreciate our challenging, varied work for more educational fairness, their professional and personal growth and our open corporate culture – this is exactly how they can make the best possible impact.
”
Teach For Austria selects particularly ambitious university graduates and career changers who will work as educators in middle schools or kindergartens for two years as part of the TFA Social Leadership program. At the same time, the so-called TFA Fellows complete intensive training at the Teach For Austria Academy so that they can make a difference in particularly challenging educational locations.
Anyone interested can apply for the Social Leadership Program until May 5th: www.teachforaustria.at/jetzt-bewerben/
