The Bad Goisern-based company SYNEX TECH GmbH is not affected by the insolvency proceedings of SYN TRAC GmbH.
Bad Goisern (OTS) – Both companies have their headquarters in Bad Goisern, but SYN TRAC GmbH is not economically, legally or organizationally affiliated with the special machine manufacturer SYNEX TECH GmbH. At the beginning of this week, SYN TRAC GmbH filed for insolvency with the Wels regional court. The reasons for this lie in the aftereffects of the corona pandemic and in the economic upheavals caused by the war in Ukraine. The aim is to initiate a restructuring process to ensure the health and continuation of the company. Since then, there have been increasing inquiries from customers and suppliers as to whether SYNEX TECH GmbH was also affected by this insolvency. That is clearly not the case. The management of SYNEX TECH GmbH therefore allows itself to present the situation unambiguously: “The insolvency of SYN TRAC GmbH has no impact on SYNEX TECH GmbH, as the two companies have no economic, legal and organizational connection. They act completely independently of each other,” said Stefan Putz and Wilfried Winterauer, the CEOs of SYNEX TECH GmbH. The founding idea of SYN TRAC emerged within SYNEX TECH GmbH. However, the development was transferred relatively quickly to an independent GmbH and continued there. More than a year ago, Stefan Putz gave all of his shares in SYN TRAC GmbH back to the investors and left the company completely. Since then he has devoted himself entirely to SYNEX TECH GmbH.
SYNEX TECH GmbH successful in special machine construction
The increasing number of bankruptcies among domestic companies proves that economic times are not easy. As a solid family business with long-standing customer relationships, SYNEX TECH GmbH continues to develop and sell special machines on the national and international markets. The customers are located in various industries, such as the automotive industry, the EPS and wood-based materials industries and the plastics industry. Still internationally strong in special machine construction, SYNEX TECH GmbH will also specialize in the sales of small series in the coming years. The 45-strong team has already made a successful start with the small series of DRILL-X, the revolutionary drilling extinguishing device for fires that are difficult to access. The SYN AIR air filter cleaning system is also a promising series system from SYNEX TECH to support companies in environmental protection and cost reduction.
