There is now something especially for the Easter basket at DM Drogerie Markt: the world savings, a sweet Easter surprise that stands for sustainability and environmental protection. The organic chocolate of the surprise ice cream is fair. High-quality, exclusive Schleich® figures of the “World Readter Gang” convey nature and species protection in a playful way. The children’s workshops of the world rescuer gang are also supported with every egg sold. The world savings are available for EUR 2.95 in Austria exclusively in over 230 DM markets and in the DM online shop.
In time for Easter, the drugstore market extends its range to a very special surprise: the world’s event. The new product allows snacks with a clear conscience and playfully sensitizes children for environmental and species protection. “With the world savior, DM wants to offer a meaningful alternative to conventional surprise eggs – for children who want to save the world in a playful way, and for parents who appreciate sustainable products,” explains Petra Gruber, member of the DM Management and Department Head of Marketing and Purchasing.
The world rescuer gang as Schleich® figures
The heart of the world savior is the high -quality surprise toy: Schleich® figures of the “World Readter Gang”. Polli, the small polar bear, the Polarf towel Stella, Blauwal Hans and other animal friends stand for an endangered habitat and inspire children for nature and species protection. The 15 collective figures are available exclusively in the world’s savior and offer fun with educational added value. The experience is supplemented by the radio plays about the adventures of Polli and his world rescuer gang, which are available on all common streaming platforms.
Sustainable world savings
The Schöki chocolate in world savings is fair, 100 percent organic and comes from regenerative cultivation. Transparency and fairness are core values of Schöki – this means, for example, traceable supply chains and cocoa prices, which enable farmers to provide existence. In the so -called Living Wage, among other things, the cost of living of the people on site are taken into account.
The world rescue company also relies on consistent circular economy for the packaging materials: the outer shell consists in proportions made of recycled aluminum, which is ideal as a chocolate packaging. Inside, a food -like capsule made of recyclable plastic protects the surprise toy. A transparent plastic is used for the capsule – without any color pigments – to ensure the 100 percent recyclability.

DM and the world’s savior make a contribution to environmental protection and environmental education: Each egg sold is the children’s workshops of the world rescuer gang, which will also start in Austria soon. The children are encouraged in the interactive workshops to become active and to positively influence the environment by understanding and taking responsibility. In addition, plastic clean-ups with children, parents and all supporters will follow in summer. In cooperation with nature conservation organizations such as Sea Sheperd, the habitat is retained for animals and humans.
