Carina Schneider, CCI Europe: “The psychosocial effects of cancer in childhood, adolescence and young adulthood are still often underestimated and neglected. Comprehensive, age-appropriate psychosocial care must be part of the aftercare of those affected. . Together with the relevant actors, we must ensure that “The right structures must be created to be able to provide the support we need and that is exactly what we hope to initiate with the Vienna Declaration.”
