At RE+ 2024, Sunwoda made a significant impact under the theme “Sunwoda Inside”, highlighting its leadership in providing end-to-end energy storage solutions. With 27 years of experience in battery technology, Sunwoda has developed a comprehensive ecosystem that includes battery cells, Battery packs, battery management systems (BMS), energy management systems (EMS) and fully integrated energy storage solutions.
Exhibition of energy storage cells
Thanks to its many years of know-how, Sunwoda can deliver integrated energy storage solutions that set standards in the industry. At RE+ 2024, Sunwoda introduced its state-of-the-art 314Ah and 600Ah+ ultra-high capacity cells. The 314 Ah cells used in the NoahX 5 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) are multi-certified and have higher energy density, increasing their reliability in various applications.
The new 600 Ah+ cells, designed for 20-foot container energy storage systems with more than 6.5 MWh, represent a technological leap in energy storage. These cells offer precise voltage control and compatibility with 2000 V high voltage systems and will expected to be delivered in 2025.
Comprehensive solutions for different energy needs
Sunwoda presented a complete range of energy storage solutions at the event: The NoahX 5 MWh liquid cold storage system with over 12,000 cycles and a lifespan of more than 20 years plays a fundamental role in the global energy transition. The system was successfully deployed in Zhejiang Province’s largest independent grid-side storage project in June and has also gained traction in international markets, including Europe and Australia.
In the commercial and industrial sector, Sunwoda introduced the NoahX 417 kWh liquid-cooled outdoor cabinet system. This solution is equipped with the highly secure, long-life 314Ah cells and integrates Sunwoda’s advanced BMS and EMS technologies to ensure operational stability, optimal energy efficiency and cost effectiveness.
For residential applications, Sunwoda continues to expand its global presence with active projects in Germany, Italy, Great Britain, France and Spain. The flexible and scalable products, ranging from 5 kWh to 180 kWh, are designed to meet diverse customer needs and encourage the transition to green energy in both homes and businesses.
