Vienna, July 15, 2025 – Important structural and personnel grows were set for the future for the project company of the Steingötterhof in St. Pölten. At the end of June 2025, the renovation faithfulness was successfully completed. In the course of this measure, the company shares were transferred to the Engindeniz Refaniation Treuhand GmbH Trustee by 6B47 Wohnbäbäger GmbH.
At the same time, Mr. Di Christoph Schäffer, MBA, (Carso Invest- und Consulting GmbH) was appointed as the new managing director of the project company. With this realignment, the framework conditions for a stable continuation and further development of the project are created.
The individual sale of the apartments in construction 1 1 completed in Q2/2024 will continue to be continued as planned.
