The hours volunteered in Salzburg adult education increased by 25% in 2023 compared to 2022! Based on other current figures, data and facts from Salzburg adult education, the questions are: What does Salzburg adult education do for the people of Salzburg? What projects, challenges and requirements are there in the industry?

The Salzburg Adult Education Working Group is the voluntary association of 23 members from the areas of vocational and general adult education, basic education, educational and career advice and public libraries in the state of Salzburg.

The diverse range of 472 educational locations with over 13,000 events annually supports Salzburg residents in getting closer to their individual educational goals.

Successful balance of Salzburg adult education – invitation to the educational policy breakfast

We invite you to this educational policy breakfast in St. Virgil. You have the opportunity to conduct background discussions. Together with the political leaders of the city and state of Salzburg, the education experts discuss the services, content and framework conditions of adult education in Salzburg. In addition to those responsible for Salzburg’s educational institutions, your discussion partners are representatives of the state parliament (with the state councilor Daniela Gutschi, ÖVP, who is responsible for the department) and the municipal council (with the mayor of the city of Salzburg, Bernhard Auinger), who will discuss Salzburg adult education and their concerns will discuss.
