New categories “Fit for the week”, “Joie de vivre and mindfulness” and “Lost places”
For many people, getting more exercise is at the top of their list of good resolutions, especially at the beginning of the year. To ensure that resolutions become habits, “Studio 2” starts with a new section on Monday, “Fit for the Week”. Experts from the fields of physiotherapy and sports science will give exercise tips live in the studio. First up is Veronika Winter. The physiotherapist comes to the studio three times with her mother Eva-Maria Gräsel – she is a sports scientist herself and has been committed to promoting exercise throughout her life. The motto of the two: It doesn’t take much effort to get moving – and you can do it at any age!
The new section “Joy of Life and Mindfulness” aims to provide the audience with inspiration and practical tips for a mindful and fulfilling life every Tuesday. The aim is to encourage viewers to actively promote their own mental and emotional health. Topics such as mental health, love and relationships as well as concrete relaxation exercises are intended to show ways of living more consciously, reducing stress and integrating positive routines into everyday life. The focus is on promoting joy in life, finding inner balance and building emotional resilience.
The magic of abandoned places and dilapidated buildings has fascinated many people for some time. “Lost places” are “in” and the flow of illustrated books and relevant websites never stops. The new “Studio 2” series tries to present “Lost places” to the ORF audience in a TV-friendly format and has already found what it is looking for in the world of abandoned places.
