Vienna (OTS) – The prestigious Caesar® real estate award is once again calling for applications. We are looking for leading figures in the real estate industry who have achieved exceptional achievements in the past year. Applications can be submitted now until March 31, 2024 at the latest.
(Vienna, February 5, 2024) The Cäsar® has established itself as a trademark for excellence in the real estate industry and enjoys great popularity among professionals. The award shines the spotlight on outstanding players in the industry in order to recognize special achievements, especially in challenging times. This year, real estate experts will be honored with the Caesar® Award for the 18th time in a row.
Eight categories are open for applications until March 31, 2024: property developer, broker, real estate manager, real estate manager, real estate service provider, Small Diamond, Cäsar® International and Real Estate Expert. After the end of the application period, a two-stage selection process takes place. First, the association jury selects three finalists in each category from all applications. The large expert jury, consisting of around 35 representatives from the Austrian real estate industry, then selects the Caesars in a vote supervised by a notary. The Lifetime Achievement category is appointed directly by the association jury.
The independent association jury, which has been in charge of Caesar’s content since 2016, is made up of the following members this year: Alexander Bosak (President immQu), Georg Flödl (President ÖVI), Matthias Gass (President FIABCI), Daniela Witt-Döring ( Board member RICS), Johannes Wild (board member of the WKO association of real estate and asset trustees) and Irene Rief-Hauser (board member of the Salon Real association).

The glittering Caesar® Gala 2024 will take place on Thursday, September 19, 2024 in the Schönbrunn Palace Theater and will bring together around 250 leading minds in the real estate industry.
