The ORF is expanding its range of political discussion formats: from April 22nd, every Tuesday after “ZIB 2” at 10:35 p.m. the “ZIB Talk” is on the program of ORF 2 and ORF on. The main focus is on federal political issues that are to be discussed in controversy – but always fairly. In the first edition, Simone Stribl (she is in ORF 2 at 5:30 p.m. in “Studio 2”) on the subject of “The Pope is dead: Where does the church control?” discuss. Alternating, Alexandra Maritza Wachter, Tarek Leitner and Stefan Lenglinger lead through the show.
After the death of Pope Francis, the discussion about the orientation of the Catholic Church is intensified. Will the course become more conservative again or does the church dare to reform? What is to be expected from the next Pope and what way does the Catholic Church in Austria have to choose so as not to lose any further importance?
Discuss this with Simone Stribl:

Hans Winkler
