The Zillertal dairy is refreshing with a new type of hay milk yogurt
Mayrhofen (OTS) – For an enjoyable and refreshing summer, the Tyrolean hay milk pioneers are bringing a new yoghurt to the refrigerator shelf.
Hay farming is the most original form of dairy farming and has been a tradition in the Zillertal for centuries. In 1954, the Kröll family was one of the first to focus on processing hay milk and refined the valuable raw material – with a lot of love and flair – into their customers’ favorite products.
The Zillertal dairy is expanding colorful yogurt family about a true one Dessert classic. True to the motto “Zillertal meets Italy” The heavenly creamy hay milk yoghurt is now available in the popular variety Chocolate chip. But the Kröll family still has theirs personal note awarded and the recipe refined with roasted slivers of real cocoa beans. And thanks to that environmentally friendly 3-part cup The environment also likes it.
“Thanks to the high-quality raw materials and long maturing times, our hay milk yoghurts are extra creamy,” explains managing director Christian Kröll. “The hay milk from our mountain farmers comes from the Zillertal alpine pastures and mountain farms and is refined and packaged in our valley.”
The new type of yogurt as well as the 9 other hay milk yoghurts from the Zillertal dairy, are available in Tyrolean retailers as well as in other selected Austrian and German supermarkets!
