On May 23, Vienna becomes the meeting point for those women who move, shape and inspire – without having to be loud. In the elegant hall of the Urania, pioneers, Role models and power women come together to write a new chapter of female leadership. The event “Sisters of success” is much more than a networking event-it is a stage for lived authenticity, cross-generational solidarity and the diversity of female life plans.
Female Leadership was thought new
Initiated by Valeria Foglar-Deinhardstein and Astrid Perjul, the event combines women who are professionally, family or socially responsible-and with heart, mind and substance. Whether entrepreneur, mother, volunteer or investor: success knows many faces. “For us, leadership is not a title – but attitude. And that can be quiet, clear, creative, brave or empathetic. Just like every woman is different.”
What makes the event special? It is no another business club, but a connecting network of networks. With a clear goal: to show women in their diversity, let each other learn from each other and to shape a new, strong picture of leadership – across generations, practical, empowering. Men are also expressly welcome – as co -designers, partners, supporters. Some of them even actively help at the event – with reception, service or as honest sparring partners in everyday life.
