Michael Mitterdorfer becomes the new deputy chairman of the supervisory board
Vienna/Innsbruck (OTS) – During the constitutive meeting of the Supervisory Board today, banking and financing expert Sebastian Schäfer was elected as the new chairman and real estate expert Michael Mitterdorfer as deputy chairman of the supervisory board of SIGNA Prime Selection AG.
The first item on the agenda of the newly appointed Supervisory Board is the replacement of the Executive Board, which should take place promptly.
