Shipping of the election cards begins on Monday

Anyone who cannot choose in the responsible polling station on the election day due to the ability to depend on local ability, for professional or health reasons, has the option of applying for an election card. With an election card, the vote can be submitted in any Viennese election cards or by postal voting at home and abroad. The election cards will be issued from March 31, 2025.

Elective card applications can be provided in writing by April 23, 2025 (e.g. online at Vienna.gv.at/ Wahlen) and until April 25, 2025, 12 noon, in the responsible election department. There is a separate election department for each district. It is located at the address of the magistratic district or in the branch of the district office.
